The First Bird

This is a great video. In some parts I am not quite sure what he is talking about, but other parts are very clear and show high intelligence and humanistic like thinking.

Victor says:
It comes in the course of time.

Ryan's comments:
In the previous part of this long video Victor was talking about having a DVD out in the course of time with his picture on it.

Victor continues:
Don’t you really now appreciate all of me?
Of course your talking one day only rescues some people.
If you got to burst in friendly to a court, just be conscious of what is there.

Ryan's comments:
I believe when Victor says "Don’t you really now appreciate all of me?", he is referring to how in this video, I got a good close up of his whole body as well. He says something about your talking only rescued some people as well. Perhaps he knew the first translation of this video would not be as good as this one. As I mentioned before, he always talked about court. Probably because I watched a lot of Judge Judy. He looked at court as a way to get the truth and knew that you have to be trusted in order to be believed. So if you burst into a court for proceedings, you should have an idea what it is all about before you do.

Victor continues:
God counts the doggies that people put for it’s good use of life.
And in ghost form someone can talk in all tongues.
They won’t be serving hot doggies after Victor’s pooped in them.
That was a joke too.
Change is coming here with a budgie.
Now I am talking true for they’ll scorn on a bad joke.
Try and eat this food that you grow.
It don’t breathe unless you take a pulse of it.
You just have to identify what’s alive
We serve better, the carrots here carries good vitamins

Ryan's comments:
Most of the above is fairly self explanatory. I believe he is telling us that as long as people can give a pet animal a good use in life, they will have a chance for spiritual growth.

Victor continues:
God take birds. Birds are poor.
Apparently Victor is the very first special bird.
Push more for Victor.
Victor’s a precious bird.
Do you think all things I tell you are because I’m bored?
What eludes you?
Do people doubt Victor because I have joked?
The world has challenged me.
People telling them that I not talk.
Accept me for it.
Why, you cannot catch that?

Ryan's comments:
The above part was very clear and when I translated it the first time I had most of it. As you know Victor loved to joke and perhaps he thought that people did not take him or me seriously when we tried to demonstrate his intelligence.

Victor Continues:
I’m upset, yet maybe I’m only acting.
I tell you Bo Derrick is good looking yeah, but not a number 32.
It depends what you’re viewing.

Ryan's comments:
He starts off saying he's upset, but then says, "Yet, maybe I am only acting." It is interesting how he talks about Bo Derrick in this video, making a pun on her movie "10" I am not sure if he means that she may have a 32” waste and not a 32 inch bust, or if he means that it depends on which movie you are watching of her. Perhaps both.

Victor continues:
Just try. If I only act here, I still talk right?
Get use to it.
Ryan, he can’t talk the same way that you are.
I started as it was a call form I liked.
I didn’t like small talk.
It sounded like a bad fry, unimportant with your bowl of rice.

Ryan's comments:
So he makes reference to my talking in the background. He probably meant that I was always repeating things like, “where is Betty?”, “what is she doing, tell me what she is saying, show me your wings”. Those were the things that were unimportant and like a bad French fry with your bowl of rice.

Victor continues:
So any court in the world before this thought the range of mine is too much.
The smartest mic will catch all.
A better world is in our future for the world misuses funds.
Poor people it should feed.
Support a good boy for Victor.

Ryan's comments:
The interesting part in this verse was when he first talked about his range being too much and then talked about the range of a microphone as well. If I would have had a better quality microphone, I am sure he would have been clearer. He talks about himself being a poet. Lastly, he lets you know that he is aware of what is happening in the world then and perhaps even in the future.

Thoughts from a budgie

Revised October 28, 2009-In this video Victor talks about how visitor should listen to the videos and how a procedure will help them understand them better.

Victor said:
Visitors are coming. Come visit here.
Come see all.
I just have beak one way, pointing south.

Ryan's comments:
After translating the video and looking back at where Victor was located when he did the video, his beak was facing south. He lived in Canada in the north so I believe he was commenting about facing towards the United States.

Victor continues:
You've got to adjust perches
Don't runaway with just have this attending, courting the issue it's a farce of Victor

Ryan's comments:
If you look at his perch in this part of the video you will see that the arrow is pointing in the wrong direction. It was one of those plastic perches that clips into the cage when you turn it. I guess I did not realize it was wrong, but Victor did at the time. In this last part Victor asks you to not go away carrying or courting the issue that this is a farce. He really is talking and telling you what he is thinking.

Victor continues:
I tell you what, that's bad air. There’s a procedure achieved and it will be better and merit something.

Ryan's comments:
I believe that he is talking about the procedure that we have went through together to achieve what he has done with his talking abilities and convince others that he is really talking in context. The translations have evolved over the years as well and I have went through many phases of learning to get a better translation. Hopefully Victor and the translation will be received openly by the scientific community which will merit some recognition for budgies and their intelligence.

Victor continues:
God is looking and He'll catch it anyway.

Ryan's comments:
When Victor says he'll catch it, he means I did not catch what he said. If you go back a bit and listen, you will see what he means as I misunderstood what he was saying at the time.

Victor continues:
There's a few things that might test the battery here. I joke that I use one in a light in the face of true art. Take a parrot Ryan viewed, with the strength of somebody who can see during the darkness of others.

Ryan's comments:
In this part Victor is making a joke that he is a toy bird. When he was about one year old I bought him a blue plastic bird that looked much like him and it chirped. It had a battery in it. So he is joking that he is like the toy bird with a battery. Also usually a light needs some kind of power. Like a flashlight would use a battery. There are many people who listen to his recordings with captions and think that he is just mimicking. These are the people who are in the dark that he is talking about.

Victor continues:
Pure light shone on the first cheese they have in a cage that talked. Want some cheese?

Ryan's comments:
Victor often joked about cheese and liking it. He often used sarcasm as well. I got a good laugh when he called himself the first cheese in the cage that talked. Perhaps many people look at a talking budgie as nothing more then a object that sits in the cage and talks.

Victor continues:
I joke, it may be fuzzy in this talking cloud.. For you said to talk and this is nuts.

Ryan's comments:
For many, when they start listening to Victor, his words are a little cloudy and hard to understand, however, the more you listen to him, the more you start to understand.

Victor continues:
It’s a break.

Ryan's comments:
Victor was quick at knowing what was happening around him and understood when I was video taping him and when I stopped. Apparently him and Betty were having a break and in a deep conversation and he did not like the idea of being interrupted at the time.

Victor continues:
Yes I might breed a culture like a turd.

Ryan's comments:
Obviously Victor had a special ability to make jokes about certain undesirable things. He also used double meanings quite a bit as well. In this one he uses the double meaning for the word "culture"

Victor continues:
Were they suppose to be bosh with your budgie? Yes their doctor's senile? They can't call me fake if I freely talk here

Ryan's comments:
In this part he is referring to how most scientists and doctorates in animal intelligence do not believe a budgie could talk like this unless they were subjected to many hours of repetition. He jokes about them being senile. I looked us the word "bosh" in the dictionary. Actually I was not even sure that it was a word. I found out it meant " empty, nonsense"

Victor continues:
How is your beer? Okay Ryan shall pick up work when they pick up a complete translation.

Ryan's comments:
This is another play on words. He wants me to pick up the beer I was drinking at the time and try and pick up what he is saying as well. Up until recently I was not getting the whole translations and much of what he was saying did not make sense. Just recently, since the last time I have retranslated the videos, I am understanding more and it is making more sense as well. Hopefully others are experiencing the same things in the translations.

Victor continues:
Contemplate with us .
Does this show us only lucky rhyme drawls. Nobody doubt them.

Ryan's comments:
I looked up the word "drawls" in the dictionary and found it to mean "to speak slowly, prolonging the words." The difficulty in translating Victor is that some times he will speak very fast which makes it almost impossible to understand what he is saying. On the other hand he will also draw out his words and speak slowly when he wants to as well. So there are probably people out there that see there are quite a few similarities to the words as translated, and may not hear them very clearly to identify or believe he is saying what I have captioned. Many will also think that some of the words just rhyme as well.

Victor continues:
Contemplate, what is that big word?
Would you be nuts to see what he's offered?
I'd like to promise you what you do is play with this.
Then you'll have the key of me.
Only have the frame come right on it.
Oh, oh, it will be different right now.
You're gonna catch it alright. Only tomorrow try it again.

Ryan's comments:
I love the way Victor explains how visitors should practice with the videos. He says play with the recorder and that is the key. Stop it on each phrase or frame where he is saying something that you don't understand and replay it to see if you can pick it up. You will be surprised at how much more you will pick up each time you replay the video. Even if you go back again the next day and listen to it, you will hear more as well.

Victor continues:
Yeah, Victor happy he can act. Are you sad today?
Words free me
As things come out, I shall be free.
Thoughts from a budgie.

Ryan's comments:
When you watch the video you will see that Victor is quite the little actor when he wants to be and he put a lot of emotion in what he was saying as well. He believed that talking was a way of getting free of all of his frustrations, perhaps of people not believing he was intelligent enough to speak in context the way he did.

Victor continues:
Turn it off.

Ryan's comments:
Victor asked me a couple of times to turn the video off when he ran out of things to say or when he got distracted. I renamed this video " Thoughts from A Budgie" because in essence, Victor named it himself at the end.

How Budgies Adapt

In this one Victor talks about the 3% of budgies who learn to talk well and bond with people

Victor said:
Do budgies always change for the families that we have?
Don’t worry your budge was defending it’s rights okay, because you didn’t love.
It depends whether they’re hearing things worth hearing.
For some, those who are budgies who are in the 3% who take up reason to come to you.
I bet they’d do this quicker if they saw Victor as they can see a tiny culture there.

Ryan's comments:

In the part above Victor talks about how budgies adapt better to certain families and that only about 3% learn to talk well. He says it is important when they start to come to you. He believed that if other budgies saw his videos and how he came to and love people it would help them to learn a culture, that they could adapt to.

Victor continues:
All will watch to be simple
If they poopoo in your cages don’t lecture them.
Talk is simple. Play something they want you to.
When it starts to talk, then they will treat you good.
It’s simple. If they’re fighting yeah, please do not touch them.

Ryan's comments:
Victor emphasizes that it is simple to bond with a budgie. First don't worry if they poop too much in your cage (your home). In reality their poops are odorless and easy to clean up. They are probably the easiest animal to clean up after and take care of as well. Once it starts to talk, it will bond with you. However, if they are fighting you and do not want to go near you, or have anything to do with you, then they are not in the 3% that do.

Victor continues:
Bad futures can be changed if you play with us.
Trust these small people. Don’t you want to see growth?

Ryan's comments:
In this part Victor talks to budgies saying that if they do not bond with their guardians, it will be harder for them in the future. He says that if you can get a budgie to play, then it will begin to bond with you more.

Victor continues:
Tell people I am sad. It isn’t for Victor.
When they’re a friendly budgie, they’ll accept and trust ye until we can be the best.

Ryan's comments:
In this next part Victor says he is sad for those other budgies in the 97% that will not bond with people. He also says that if they are friendly they develop trust and try to do their best in the situation they are in.

Victor continues:
So lots decide to stay with the people.
If I accept and try to act right I start to have fun too.
People will be glad.
Facing that they assemble lots of knowledge
Then this can’t be a freak of nature.

Ryan's comments:
Once the budgies decides it enjoys being with people they begin to have fun and people start to enjoy them more. When they begin to talk and bond with people they gain lots of knowledge. Many people think that Victor is a freak of nature, but this is a natural process that humans even go through.

Victor continues:
Don’t worry, he does not want to be just sulking
Heaven tells us to mesh with other cultures
Find your worth.
And I was first finding this out now
Errors are what your people brought before.

Ryan's comments:
I also feel sorry for those budgies who have no reason to bond with humans and by choice just stay in their cage or it is even worse when they have a guardian that never lets them out of their cage. Like humans, budgies need to know they are loved and have worth.

Victor continues:
Some of the people have been looking at dot com.
They question one like this as macabre.
People freak because first they have to remember a blessed budgie Victor, who has first God calling.

Ryan's comments:
Recently someone contacted me from a TV program and they are thinking about doing a show on context speaking budgies. However, I believe one of the things holding them back is the spirituality aspect. It is quite controversial and perhaps people are not ready to hear what budgies have to say about God yet. If you look up the word macabre in the dictionary, one of the meaning is unduly interested in death. Perhaps Victor did talk a lot about death, but he also celebrated the everlasting soul as well.

Victor continues:
I love to talk. Yes talk.
Yeah listen.
Take a look people Victor’s dead.
Later I will die and put here a budgie pulpit. Do you poop a lot?
Some think it can be a ritual to achieve a lot of love and tell people prophecy is happening.

Ryan's comments:
As usual Victor throws in a little bit of humour, and does it when he talks about his death. He talks about a budgie pulpit, and then says "do you poop a lot?" I believe he is using a pun on the word pulpit. Budgies turn the seeds that they eat into a form of a pulpy waste product. Lastly, he talks about achieving love and telling people about prophecy. Since Victor I have learned and experienced so much when it comes to prophecy that it is almost unimaginable.

Keeping Positive

Five or six years ago when I originally translated this the first time, I had a few problems with it. The software I was using was not as good as it is now and I found it difficult to work with. I had to make shorter videos and this split up this video into two smaller videos, which did not make as much sense. Now that I was able to translate the entire clip as it was made by Victor, it was easier to get the context and meaning. My translations skills have improved much since then as well. Therefore, this version somewhat different from the original.

Victor said:
In future will they trust gossip?
Talking became better in future and it wasn’t because of me.
Everybody’s talked so much and wasn’t open
It sadly stopped a lot of talking budgies
It wasn’t approaching the end.
Who are you going to shoot?
It took over you as you got better.
Ryan has lots to learn yet.

Ryan’s comments:
No doubt there has been a lot of gossip in the past about how I have handled the group and all the events that happened when Victor began to talk in context. It was a very confusing time for me. I was in the middle of a separation, I lost my job and my home and it wasn’t until recently that I finally got my life together again. I am in a new relationship and we have a 7 week old baby. Here name is Kayla Lynn. I never really thought how much of what Victor was telling me would happen, but it did. I also never thought I would be a dad again at 53 years old, but I am enjoying it very much.
A little bit of history on what happened in the group a few years back might help explain what Victor was talking about here. Remember that all this happened several years after his death. So he was in actuality foretelling the future. Whether it is translated after it happened does not really matter, for the fact is he knew what was going to happen. Several years back, when other budgies in the Budgie Research Group began to communicate and speak to us like Victor, it was quite amazing. I was translating twenty or more other talking budgies at the time and it was very time consuming. There were a group of us that all realized there was something very amazing happening. We felt we were the first to actually make contact with another species besides humans. In fact we started our own group and named it psitilinguistics (language of parrots) Unfortunately there were some disagreements in the group, especially with the translations. I don’t believe I handled it in a way that I should have. So I guess when Victor says “Who you going to shoot?” he probably means who are you going to blame except yourself. I was the one who more or less cancelled the group and decided that I needed more time to get a better understanding of what was happening. There was other phenomena happening as well in reverse recordings and many of the budgies began talking about God and even spiritual matters. I spent much time following a spiritual path for a while and have had to put that on hold until I finish what I started here. It wasn’t until this last year when I began going over Victor’s translations that I realized how inaccurate they were and that they needed a lot of work.

Victor continues:
What’s better?
If I tell you that you shouldn’t, they don’t listen.
They will salivate better
I’d rather tell a person positive then of course have them upset.
They might tell their budgies the wrong thing.
Ha, ha, ha

Ryan’s comments:
In the above part Victor talks about working with people and trying to get them to listen. There were things that Victor was telling me that people did not seem to want to listen to. When this happened I reacted by shutting them out I guess. When he said people will salivate better, it seemed that many were only there because they had their own agenda. So in order to solve the problem I reacted inappropriately in some cases and many of the guardians that I worked with became upset. So I lost would could have been many valuable resources and friends as well as the budgies who were communicating with us. By the way, I have to mention, that I will be closing the site www.budgieresearch.com not Victor’s site, soon. I am not able to spend the time on it that I need to and I have no support, so I think it will be better that way.

Victor continues:
I know they’ll watch TV that’s made here.
They’ll take long to scroll through windows they choose to store.
If they pick up, they’ll compile the truth.
Once you all view it, you’ll own it.
It is good to people who learn.

Ryan's continues:
Victor talks a lot about the videos being on TV. There was a time that I was invited as a guest to a program that was aired on Tech TV, but I think there is more in store for his videos then just that. Truthfully, it was not a very good show and my first appearance on TV was a bit overwhelming. When Victor talks about taking long to scroll through the windows, I believe again he is talking about the videos and implying that people should take their time when listening to them, so they can choose what they want to remember and eventually get the truth. It took me many years to really understand what was really happening and I am sure that it will take a long time for others as well.

Victor continues:
Ryan gave lots of basics
He taught like a future doctor and recorded everything.
Now Ryan, he has no clout without bird.
They can’t find poor Victor!
The world smugs it more and very bad for support.

Ryan’s comments:
When I began working with the group, there were times that I felt that we had made a very important discovery and yes, some of that probably did go to my head. I felt like I could write a thesis on how budgies could communicate and I recorded everything, including how Victor and my other budgies were progressing. Some of that is on the website. The problem is that it was not very professional as I still have much to learn. The scientific community has never given the budgies, myself or their guardians any kind of acknowledgment, so they either still don’t believe it or don’t want to believe it. Since Victor was no longer alive, it was very difficult to prove that he was actually communicating like this. Even with the video evidence that I have available.

Victor continues:
For this bird, push new people.
You’re able with all that we’ve made.
Find loads of these comments
Tell your buddies on the phone
Plus I want a perfect song to play too.
Right now it sounds beautiful
You may have to soul search for that.

Ryan’s comments:
In the above part Victor is asking for the support of people, especially those that are young. He also hopes that someone will write a song for him and imagines it to be very beautiful.

Victor continues:
That’s why I like this offer
Your life change will be outright.
Ryan, he has enough knowledge of hereafter.
Everybody wants a world where people know
They’ll know we go through a beautiful door
I see you did not think this was a doorway to God.
And you can trust that record
They might carry it in school some day

Ryan’s comments:
In the last part Victor talks about the spiritual side of what was happening. My life has definitely changed over the past few years. For the first time, I am happy. About two years ago, I was working on another project where I learned much about spiritualism and God. It is still part of my life and I will be totally focused on it in the near future. The miracles and prophecies that have happened since this all started have been overwhelming and I finally know what my purpose in life is. But first I have to finish what I started with a little budgie who knew and communicated with God. He has inspired me to want a better future for my children while at the same time teaching me about spiritual growth. I know enough to believe most of what Victor said. He was right most of the time about the future. I know he definitely had the key that has opened the door which will eventually lead me and others to heaven.

Politics and War

Victor said:
We fight for values, so what a job.
But first we'll have a trill that I started
The idea is out that all people aren’t fussy of a world president.
They have many election where they chose Bush.

Ryan’s comments:
George Herbert Bush was president from 1989 to 1993. He entered office at a period of change in the world; the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of Soviet Union came early in his presidency. He ordered military operations in Panama and the Persian Gulf, at one point, was recorded as having a record-high approval rating of 89 percent. However, economic recession and breaking his "no new taxes" pledge caused a sharp decline in his approval rating, and Bush was defeated in the 1992 election. So in a way the statement that Victor made here is true. The US became the only superpower in the world and George Herbert Bush lost his second term because people were not too fussy about what he did in his first term. Note: Definition "Trill" A similar sound such as a warble of a bird.

Victor continues:
That'll be 95, the world's first one coming.
The fall of 96, Bill will be back
There's a count of enough people who support vital comments. It happened yes.

Ryan’s comments:
Bill Clinton was president from 1993 to 2001. He was well liked in the beginning by most countries in the world. By 1995 many people in the US started to appreciate some of the things he was doing as well. Here are some excerpts from Wiki: Clinton was described as a New Democrat and was largely known for the Third Way philosophy of governance that came to epitomize his two terms as president. His policies, on issues such as the North American Free Trade Agreement and welfare reform, have been described as "centrist." Clinton presided over the longest period of peace-time economic expansion in American history, which included a balanced budget and a reported federal surplus. Based on Congressional accounting rules, at the end of his presidency Clinton reported a surplus of $559 billion.” In the fall of 1996 Clinton was reelected for a second term because he had much support. So all of what Victor said in this statement was true.

Victor continues:
Didn't you watch TV's man of sin.
Now everybody doubts him.
They pressed Clinton.
What he said that entered sexual intercourse that reeked of lie.

Ryan’s comments:
In 1998 Clinton lied about having sexual intercourse with Monica and was impeached in 1999. He almost lost his presidency, and it resulted in some problems in Congress.

Victor continues:
From that job he soon retired.
Some people aren’t smart but they act right!
They’ll see the act of pierced duck.
Clinton got in trouble with people.
The first time that Bill will poop a lot.
That’s when many budgets stopped.

Ryan's comments:
“Some people think that Clinton was impeached because of the competing parties involved. When Victor says “He pooped a lot," again he is joking or being sarcastic about the private things that people do that should stay private. He also talks about the budget that stopped. Clinton had a very good reputation for balancing the budget during his presidency, and that all went to the wayside with Bush. So most of what Victor says in this is true as well. Some of it happened after his death, so it was actually prophecy as well. The part I am talking about now is where he talks about a “pierced duck.” I believe he is referring to how Chaney, which I believe was not in the same party as Clinton, was later (2006) involved in shooting a friend in a hunting accident. So in essence Victor is comparing Clinton's intelligence to Chaney's. I don’t believe that Chaney was charged for anything as well. Perhaps his political party helped him to get out of it. What do you think? Was it right to try and impeach him and then assist Chaney in getting off any charges. There is also a lame duck period that came at the end of Clinton’s term that had an impact on congress as well. This would have also happened after Victor’s death.”

Victor continues:
It took a lot of time until he's telling the truth.
When you fart, could you tell them when you do it?
I guess I better tell them the way this happened.
Many dabble and want fun there. I guess it wasn't that intelligent.
Believe that Monica, she loved him.
So what's the matter if people toss a brick?
Is stoning ye a formula for a cure of an idea?
When does God notice when it’s wrong?
He might have spoke of what was worth to know.
Do not do it in school!
When the news is cast because they can build it’s a pity.

Ryan’s comments:
The above part was fairly self explanatory. He looked at the incident as a mistake in the heat of passion and feels God would forgive him, as most of the American people did. The wording in this paragraph was quite interesting and humorous in ways. Victor says that there is currently a problem in school and I believe he is referring to the sexual activities of school kids these days as beginning to be out of control.

Victor continues:
His case only helps a wee putida with their future.
It's really a pity if blue and bloody becomes the common when there's a cut below knee.
Victor’s a bodiless budgie who can fly too

Ryan’s comments:
When Victor mentions a putida, it took me a while to find out what it was. Through searching on the internet I found that a putida is a manufactured organism for breaking down oil. I believe he is referring to George W. Bush of 2001. Sorry folks, he does not have very many nice things to say about him and I think you can read between the lines here.

Victor continues:
Once you've cultured them, I love cheese, seeds and carrots
Carrots grow carrots skin.
In the last war, they said they watch TV to count numbers of dead.
The man there, he has a good job when he talks on the count
Something was recorded. A threat of death to you.
If you just happily thought that people just love
All kinds of gossip at night will fire the urn
The cast out what's very bad for the eyes.
The bombs were falling and changed their life.
Many who liked watching that night, didn't feel bad.
Ask them, “Why have they died.”
There will be oil.
What, for the life of your vehicles at home?
Did you fail to tell them that they pollute this world?
Can a book in school let them know that this war was stupid and such a pity?
There's a time death is bad. Yeah, it's stupid and a bad.
I tell yeah, your kids will look at you and scorn
The world is in peril.

Ryan’s comments:
I remember when they bombed Baghdad and I watched it on TV that night and I believe that is what Victor is referring to. The lights were off and he was in his cage but the TV was flashing in the darkness because of the bombs. He mentions how the media talks about recorded threats. Perhaps he is talking about the threats that Bin Laden made towards the US. I believe he is saying that there are many who make threats, and it is a fact of life, but when we follow through with evil against those threats, we are worse then the original offender.

Victor continues:
Do you think later, he's going to thank who killed it?
Do we have enough people black?
It’s not checkers all cultures play.
If you're looking at this war now you can do something for this special bird.
Think of future, for now is the time.
It is part of the mission until that war ends.
Help me for that reason later.
God said Daddy will try through me.
Would He lie?
Can your bird sing just like me? Speak up.
Many will wait until I quit my test and some new birds can talk here too.

Ryan’s comments:
In most cases when it comes to holy or religious wars, God is usually the one people blame. Victor symbolizes war as a game of checkers between the black and white and how they try to eliminate each other. Then he asked for a favour. He wants the young and old alike to start thinking about the future. He wants them to have a mission to make sure these wars end. He said that God told him that “Daddy” will help. Victor often called me daddy or dad, as well as Ryan. He prophesied that I will begin to hear many birds talking in context. This has already begun with over 30 other context speaking budgies who I have worked with in the past. Many speak about God, religion, and spirituality. I can also understand budgies who speak little English. However, my first mission is to get others to understand what Victor is saying first, so I can prove that the connection I have is happening in a miraculous way that others can witness as well.

The Chrysler Prophecy

This video was previously called "Judgment Day" however in October of 2009, I retranslated it by using a better quality recording straight from the video and got a much better translation. Victor died in the year 2000, however he foretold the fall of Chrysler and talks about thing that have happened with me in the year 2009. One being the birth of my new baby girl. There is also a very sentimental part in this that brought tears to Linda and I, when he talks about not feeling like it was my fault in any way that he died so young.

Victor said:
Our future is set better
Harry Krishna Happy New Year caret.
It's time somebody tried to school you so you employ me.
Empathy defends Earth better.
Let's anoint the lesson in it
Can I give this birth luck?

Ryan's comments:
Up until this last translation, I thought Victor was saying "Merry Christmas, Happy New Year." I was surprised when I listened to the better quality audio file when I heard, "Harry Krishna, Happy New Year caret. I never even said that to him before. I also looked up the word "caret" in the dictionary and was also surprised to find out that it means "an insert" of a word of phrase. It is also interesting that he uses the word "empathy". The judgment day video was not very empathetic and perhaps that is why it did not sit right with some people.

Victor continues:
I'm Awe ha, ha, If I look for cheese, I diss all of you right!
In future if you got this Pontiac, that's a value very good, but still factories shut down
And the heart stopped terribly
Yeah that Frank, couldn't ask better.

Ryan's comments:
When Victor talks about "dissing people", I believe the point he is trying to make is that he is not telling you this because he wants a reward. (cheese- even though he loved it) In the abouve verse he talked about the Chrysler shut down. I believe that he meant the heart of the company shut down. He talks about someone named Frank asking God to leave them open. He also mentions Oshawa which was the top Chrysler plant for 2008 in North America.

Victor continues:
Take a look at me. (them)
Victor's a good vicar.
Betty loves him, but sad it will be because his life will see death.
Betty told you better that.
Victor, take time in God.
It's a pity

Ryan's comments:
Perhaps Victor is saying "Take a look at me" or he meant "Take a look a them". It would have made more sense if he said them, but it sounded like me, so I translated it as "me". All I can say about the last part was that Victor died within months after this video was recorded and he knew that he was going to leave this world and move on to the next.

Victor continues:
Let me tell you something?
Have shame about nothing
It should be understood, there was nothing you did making me feel sick.
And your budgie's happiness was due to you.
I have known your great loving.
I'm always with ya.
So Ryan, I'm here.
I've seen more of your support than wished for.
Your support for this bird was important.

Ryan's comments:
The above part was very dear to me. For many years I blamed myself for Victor dying so young and thinking that there was something I could have done to help him live longer. Leaving that, I think you will agree that I often sounded like an idiot when I recorded Victor. At this time I had no idea of what he was saying and really did not even know he was talking in such extreme context. If I did not talk to Victor and say something as I recorded him, he would often clam up and not say anything, so I just tried to say something, even it it did not make much sense.

Victor continues:
I guess I need a recording studio
Why is it that you are still owing? Yeah.
Ryan you should not be.
Ryan's comments:
When Victor says he needs a recording studio he is referring to me missing something he said. I think I had to cut part of it out in the first half of the video because the video was more then 10 minutes long. So I had to cut some parts out to shorten it or it would not upload to YouTube. However, if you listen to the second half, where it is slowed down, I left it in. Victor also mentions that I am owing money. About 3 years ago, I lost my job because I was sick and had 2 operations. As a result I lost my home and split up with my wife. I am in a new relationship and we just had our first child. My son and I from my first marriage are still on very good terms. So it is very clear that Victor talked about me being near bankruptsy, so I am optamistic about the future which comes in the next part.

Victor continues:
I'll bring you a present here.
There was a mustering of needs that money will buy.

Ryan's comments:
I started a new job about 2 years ago and it does not pay anywhere near what my previous jobs did. For the past 10 years I have been supporting my passion part of which includes this website. I recieve little income to none income from it yearly. I have tried a few times to charge for use of the site, however, I found that it was not worth the trouble and decided against it in the end.

Victor continues:
With Ryan, the future's known.

From the beginning Victor always told me that some day his website and videos would help support me financially in the future. I guess that part is still to come. I hope to finish the translations and put out a full length video and the newly translated recordings in the near future. Each time I translate them they get a little better and I understand a little more. Eventually I will get to a point where I will feel comfortable with all the translations.

Victor continues:
Once you have a baby, everything is happen later
History states the girl is beautiful and just as perfect

Ryan's comments:
According to Victor, things will start happening when the baby is born and that happened on October 11, 2009. We had a baby girl and named her Kayla Lynn. She is perfect. Linda tried to have a home birth and she was in labour for 18 hours before the midwifes decided to take her to the hospital. Unfortunately she ended up with a cesarian. She worked very hard for 18 hours trying to birth the baby naturally though.

Victor continues:
Every time what their finding is ordinary when people are supporting Linda
We know you began to have a nice time but you had some fright that night and it wasn't bad to be frightened here.
If a leg lacks blood the sole might starve.
You will need a tunnel

Where we want to be tomorrow depends on small victories and we do them perfectly (Coughing)

Ryan's comments:
Linda had two midwifes supporting her during and after the pregnancy. All their findings were normal during the initial 18 hours of labour. Our baby girl was born in perfect health with the exception of one of her feet being in the wrong position in the womb. We were a little worried that her foot would not be normal however the doctor said that it should go back to its original position in time. The sole of her foot was purple due to lack of enough blood getting to it though. There were also some problems when the baby heart rate began to slow down. They found the cord was wrapped around her neck as well. I believe the tunnel that Victor talks about is the "cesarian" that needed to be done in order to bring her into this world. We thank God for the final outcome of having a healthy baby after the problems Linda had during the birth. Lastly, Victor mentions coughing, at the end of the video. I have to tell you that I have coughed a few times after I realized the translations were messed up. There are lots of things that we do in life that cause us pain and suffering, and if we can make it through them, they are another small victory that helps us to spiritually evolve each time. Every time I make a correction in the captions of Victors videos, I look at it as another small victory which helps me to move forward towards the final product. I think the captions in the video are wrong at the very end. They say "and we do them perfectly while coughing." After considering it longer, the word "coughing" may have started a new sentence and I cut it off or something.

The Storm

This video was originall posted on YouTube on June 2009. It is a possible prediction of a major future storm or tornado. In it Victor talks about a bad summer which is going to happen. This is the latest version as of Dec of 2009.

Victor says:
Oh it’s time.

Ryan’s comments:
If you notice when Victor talks about the time he is looking at my watch. Then when he asks if that rant was stored , I believe he was talking about the angry like squawking session that he just made. I had to cut it out of the video because it was a little boring. He also mentions my son Anthony having something to play with. He is actually the one taping the video. It is interesting that Victor comments on being taped as well. In the video when he calls out to my son Anthony, I tell him Anthony is behind him and he is facing the wrong way. He immediately turns around and asks Anthony "how’s the best bird." I believe he is asking him how he is getting him on the video.

Victor continues:
There will be very bad storm.
There will be lots of time
The country can be free of death if they cancel all the pressure (anomaly)
When a cork shall leak often it will let out a lot of pressure

Ryan’s comments:
The clearest part of this is when he says there will be a very bad storm. When I first posted this in January of 2009 I knew that there was going to be a bad storm in the greater Toronto area and told some people about it. On August 20, 2009 a massive storm cell ripped through the greater Toronto area with a tornado. They had not seen one like it in the area for many years. Also, it is interesting if you go back to the video and at the point where he says, "cancel all the pressure" you will see an anomaly appear in the video which looks like a mini tornado. I found this quite interesting, especially when Victor seemed to be looking right at it when he was talking about it.

Victor continues:
So my friend this was gusty for you tornado season
When stuff’s real hard then you know.
Then the worse is come in the city.
Just don’t be out in a cage.
That thing is here. Are you hearing.

Ryan’s comments:
Victor also predicts a bad tornado season and says that the worst will come in a city. Interesting how he says, Just don’t be out in a cage. I believe he means that if you are caged in you will have no where to go. Then he mentions that the sound will be noticeable. I was watching the news on HLN on December 19th, 2009 and how the winter storm had hit Florida I believe. In the clip they showed a hot dog vendor who was in a framed tent and how the wind took the whole tent, including her and blew them away about 10 feet or so. This made me think of what Victor was referring to about being in a cage.

Victor continues:
Is your cousin in the mall?
Trust in this Eaton Center.
Have you ever been there.
All of you enter there.
You once went there with your son.
Anthony had his breakfast.

Ryan’s comments:
One of my nieces lives near downtown and I believe she is close to the Eaton Center in Toronto. Victor is right when he says that I was there once with my son Anthony and I believe we did have breakfast. That was many years ago and I do not know how Victor actually knew that.

Victor continues:
It’s not where you should talk.
You liked it as it was? Then okay.
I see something.
I believe in you.
Pretty stripped Victor.
Be good.

Ryan's comments:
When Victor goes up to the remote and taps it, he says, “ It's not where you should talk?” Perhaps he is saying to me as he taps the remote that he knows he shouldn't talk in it, or he is telling me to stop talking while he is talking. There is another possible apparition roaming around in this video and Victor always seems to notice. I thought it was cute when he said, “Pretty striped Victor.” And then gives you a side view of his head where you can clearly see the stripes on the top of his head.”

Victor continues:
Okay, sync in to this.
Learn, yes there happy there when you miss death that day, some might believe budgie budge budgie
Timing also will have to slow down in every airport.
It’s time to test best budgie.
When guest shall approach, they want to be more.
So when they do let’s toast and play with trusting

Ryan’s comments:
This was the hardest part to translate and hardest to understand for sure what he is talking about. Usually when Victor gives a prophecy of destruction it is also a prophecy of survival and has little or no death attached to it. The part about timing and having to slow down the airport is significant though. This just happened with many airports in the US when they had the major snow storm in Dec of 2009. When he says “ Tell mummy, you will be a good boy. God bless you,” it sounds like he is visualizing a conversation a child may have with there mother when they go traveling.

Victor continues:
Ecological is on the billboard because you think of the future.
Maybe some people talk when something is in peril.
They cannot just drop it if they just take a look at little Victor
Somebody sent you money
It’s something that will get them preferred because I got, all of a sudden, many to look.

Ryan’s comments:
The above part was quite clear. It was funny when I turned on the news this morning there were some ecological stories happening. Probably just coincidence again. Victor mentions that people talk more when the world is in peril. When he says, “they cannot just drop it,” he means that they should not drop it and they should start thinking about the future. Victor believed that many people would begin to look more to the future when they saw him talking about it so often. Perhaps it is just a birds culture to be so proud. But Victor had a lot to be proud of and he was quite the amazing little budgie.

Victor continues:
There’s lots of dangers that are coming.
Why are you cultured to live a lie?
Terror is your turbine.
You have become dependent on oil
Why’s that?
It’s in the money pit and I knew you turbine oil from all that scum
The oil will cause a world that’s fragile.

You’ve seen that I’ve been right so far.

Ryan’s comments:
Parts of the above section are very clear as well. I found it interesting when he talked about a turbine and oil. At first I thought he said turban, however, I come to believe he means a power producing machine. In my dictionary it says a turbine is a machine in which power is produced when the forced passage of steam, water, etc causes the blades to rotate. So he is basically saying that turbines cause the terror of many natural disasters. He is very clear when he talks about the scum that oil causes in the atmosphere and how it effects our weather. I believe he is making a pun on the word turban as well, saying that we should not be afraid of the turban, but the turbine engine, which could eventually be the end to us all.

Victor continues:
The next summer is terribly dry.
That’s a time we can not alter.
We see lots of reasons on the alter of life.
Open a door for me.
Erect a better wall for our office here
When I start some of you are doubt.
Do you need to read at a Bar Mitzvah bar the force of money?

Ryan’s comments:
The first part of this section was fairly clear when he talked about a terrible dry summer. He knows that at this point we cannot alter what is going to happen this summer, however, if we make changes we may be able to prevent this from happening in future summers. The part where he kind of barks like a dog was difficult to translate. It took me several tries to figure out what he was saying about the Bar Mitzvah. Finally I think he is trying to say that if you are paid to do something, then the money is forcing you to do it and you are not doing it from the goodness of your heart. That part is below.

Victor continues:
Now you tell them when there’s a good boy, he’ll choose to
A stool will sit by so it’s close to something.
Ryan’s comments:
Yes Victor often mentions that he was chosen by God to help change the future. In the part where he says all stools will stand by, I am not really sure again what he means but it could be a joke and a pun on the word “stool.” He could also mean that many useful things will sit in waiting until they are needed.

Religion, Taxes and The Bank

This video was updated in 2009 about 8 years after I translated it the first time. Since then technology has improved somewhat and I have been able to do a better video and translation. Before I had to break the video up into three seperate videos and now they are the way they were originally recorded.

Victor says:
Is Victor really talking?
This is special part I record.

Ryan’s comments:
I think when most people come to see his videos the first question they ask themselves is if Victor is really talking in context. He starts off telling us that he is recording something special to show those that doubt him that he really is talking in context.

Victor continues:
I’m not teach(ing) here to plead in any fashion.
If your tongue is karate, I have first hit.

Ryan’s comments:
As you see some of Victor’s other videos , you will notice that Victor looked at himself as a teacher. Not only for people but for other budgies as well. He says he is not pleading but teaching and words can be like Karate and he will have the first hit. Believe me, when Victor was alive, I often had heated discussions on message boards. Many people did not even believe it was a real budgie talking. I believe that he made this video to clear that up.

Victor continues:
Friends of Victor, I’ve learned just a little bit some stories Christ taught.
They’ve changed every had verse during the years.
Could you not see?
There’s lots of people (who) believe it and mistaken.
Everyone has their doctrines.

Ryan’s Comments:
Now he is talking to his friends who believe he is really talking. He says he has learned some stories about Christ that have been changed over the years. Possibly by doctorates of theology. Perhaps he means some of the stories in the bible have been changed so much over the years by humans and politics, that they are not the truth any more.

Victor continues:
Yes what did you do?
So what I bite is up to me.
It’s like an ashy treat to top something. Okay.
It has to be Victor who’d rather crunch it.

Ryan’s comment:
If you notice Victor is cleaning himself. So in essence he is biting himself . So it is up to him if he wants to do it or not. I also think he is referring to what we want to do and believe as well. It is up to us if we want to believe what is written in the bible as the truth. And, if what we do and live by is good for us, then it should be okay. However, when he says it has to be Victor who would rather crunch it, he knows that people or another animals would not want to do the same thing. So what is good for some is not good for all.

Victor continues:
Who is coming here to doubt?
Why did she sample this poetry if it can’t flow?
When I get talking I can flow like it is Mother Nature talk(ing)

Ryan’s comments:
Some people doubt Victor is talking in context because it is often hard to understand the full meaning of what he is saying. They also doubt him if he misses a word or mispronounces another. They might think he is not as smart as some of the things he is saying, so it must be mimicries. When Victor talked, it was like poetry. Birds are very spiritual and poetic in their communications. They actually communicate using poetry or saying spiritual things. Victor also had an amazing sense of humour and many of the things that he said had more then one meaning as well. So by listening to Victor and understanding what he is saying actually gives us a true look at how Mother Nature communicates with life. Victor believed that Mother Nature and God were one of the same. Since I have learned so much from Victor and the other budgies, I believe it to be true as well.

Victor continues:
There is no interest to her.
To a point she feed me. I know when you look.
Victor have dislike. Why do they doubt?
They not seem happy. I want this God for mine too.
It will be ok.

Ryan’s comments:
In this part Victor says there does not seem to be that much interest in his case anyway when it comes to what Mother Nature is saying. He says she feeds him and he knows when she is looking at him. He says he dislikes that people doubt she exists. He thinks if people doubt that God exists they do not seem happy.

Victor continues:
Are you doctoring tax?
It’s got conners.
It’s got a type “B” form. Sure because of bird.
You’re caught when you tell your shit and leave it there.
That’s when they want to veto it.

Ryan’s comments.
This part shows how he had a profound understanding of our financial systems including taxes. It did not change much from the original translation with the exception of the line “Are you doctoring tax.” When I first translated it I thought he said, “Are you adept to read tax.” After listening to it over and over again I realized that he was saying “doctoring” instead of “adept to read”. I am not sure if “conners” is a word, however, it makes sense that more then one person who cons would be “conners.” He talks about a type “B” tax form. This is interesting. After I did a search I found that there is or was a type “B” tax form which is suppose to be submitted by April 15, if you are going to be late on your taxes. Or something like that. The next part about "leaving it there" is pretty funny and self explanatory. In the last part I thought he was talking about TV in real time during the video but when I translated it I heard veto instead. He may have mispronounced it a bit, but it was close enough for me.

Victor continues:
I guess the bank cares that they rush her.
There is a client there and still they watch.
Charter too near. I know her dig.
A long time screw you.

Ryan’s comments:
Victor says the banks rush you or her. He often used her or him when he was telling one of his stories or giving a lesson. He says that even though it is a client of theirs they still watch her and chart her. In other words they chart her payments too close or near and she has to dig deep to make them. Eventually everybody knows with all the interest you get screwed in the end and for an awful long time.

Victor continues:
Is that where it’s suppose to be?
Somebody did ok.
Don’t Ryan need to buys?
Ok, it tough Ryan for they have a vice.

Ryan’s comments:
When he says "is that where it is suppose to be?" I believe he is talking about life. Is this the way that life is suppose to be? He says somebody did ok. Yes in others words the high executives in the bank took all the money. Lastly he says he understands how tough it is for people to be in debt when they still have to buy other things. He also mentions that it is like being in a vice by the bank.

Victor continues:
I would not adapt.
Dead people have done that.
A birthday cake will not be the fool to war.
Don’t rush in to see a doctor.
Sure I can talk in life.
So my court is still by its own today.

Ryan’s comments:
When Victor says he would not adapt as dead people have done that, I believe he is referring to the stress that financial burden can put on people and even cause them to have health problems and even death. When he says a birthday cake will not be a fool to a war, I think he means that if you were a birthday cake, you would be a fool to go to war and becoming debt ridden is like fighting for everything that you need. Near the end of this he says do not rush in to see a doctor. He does talk in context and knows the human language so you are not insane. Perhaps he was telling me this when I first started doubting my own sanity when I started translating some of his remarkable conversations. He talks about courts often in his recordings as a place where you can find out the truth. It seems that his court is still on its own and the truth really has not been told to the rest of humanity.

Victor ends with:
Yeah. I bet you should have three good ones. Rush your computer.

Ryan’s comments:
Out of this 2 1/2 minute recording, I originally did break it down into 3 smaller videos because my computer was not that good 8 years ago. It would take forever for the videos to convert. And that process in itself took a couple of hours. So he makes a little joke about rushing my computer. Thank God for the advances in technology since then. It only takes a few minutes to convert them now and they are much easier to work with as well.

They'll Think It's Been Altered

Added March 21st, 2009- When this was recorded the camera had an option to add a subtitle to the entire video. My son wanted to try it out so he put "Smartest Budgie" on it. I believe that is what Victor is talking about when he says it has been altered. So he is actually telling you what is going to happen to the video in the future before it happens. This is the first time I have actually translated this video and found the part where he whispers about it being altered.

Victor says:
Bet he rather be kissing Betty.
Ryan's comments:
"I believe Victor is making a pun on the word Betty by using the same pronunciation for two diffent meanings."

Victor continues:
Come see Onie. Come see.
Kiss, kiss. That chick can razzie dazzie

Ryan's comments:
"Onie was a name of someone in the house at the time. When he says "razzie dazzie, I believe he means razzle dazzle. Perhaps he liked the way razzie dazzie sounded better."

Victor continues:
Because kids purchased it.

Ryan's comments:
I am not sure what he means when he says '"Kids purchased it."

Victor continues:
Betty loves him deep.
Betty kissed me very pretty. Pretty baby. Pretty, pretty.

"When he talks about coming to see all the blue he means that he is blue and the words "smartest budgie" are blue as well.

Victor continues:

Ryan's comments:
"He says this part was here for a test. To test the parties involved in confirming he is talking in context perhaps. If you go back to his "Victor on Marriage" video, #11, he said his beak was facing south. So if his beak is facing south, then his eye will be looking east.

Victor continues:
Now read this. A bird can be adoring sometimes. Surely.
Your video is bad design. They’ll think it’s been altered.
Someone altered something here.

Ryan's comments:
"This is very interesting and he is quite clear even when he whispers in this part. It never ceases to amaze me at some of the things I find when I translate something of his I have never done before. Perhaps in this part he is putting up a challenge to those who think that the video was altered, or perhaps he means that it was altered because of the words "smartest budgie" that my son added. Either way, I have all the original 8mm tapes of him in these videos that will prove they are the originals and have never been altered to change what he is saying in any way."
